Quick Guide

1. Place Spins: Click anywhere on the horizontal grid line in the bottom 3D view. A dialog will prompt you to set its $T_1$, $T_2$, Proton Density (PD), and off-resonance $\omega$ properties.

2. Edit/Delete: Click directly on any spin sphere in the 3D view, or click its entry in the sidebar "Active Spins" table.

3. Parameters: Adjust sequence parameters in the sidebar. The plots will recalculate immediately.

4. Play Animation: Click the Animate button to watch the spins precess and decay. A vertical cursor displays progress on both signal and sequence charts.

5. Verification: Click Run Tests to execute numerical physics checks against theoretical expectations.
